By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. • 1. Application of the general conditions of sale

• 2. Validity of offers

The articles displayable on the site are available until stock is exhausted. In the event of a charge or collection relating to an order of an item not available, Tone of Sounds undertakes to offer a credit or to refund the customer within 15 days. Hi-Fi Prestige undertakes to notify the Customer by e-mail if he has confirmed the order of an item out of stock.

• 3. Price of products

The prices are presented in euros, taxes included. The amount of VAT appears in the invoice provided by Tone of Sounds upon completion of the purchase. Tone of Sounds reserves the right to change its prices at any time until the customer has confirmed the order.

• 4. Order and payment

4.1: Complete an order
To place an order the customer is required to register on the site toneofsounds.com indicating the data necessary to complete the order and the operations resulting from it, creating an account with username (personal email) and password that can be reused for subsequent orders.
After selecting the items and placing them in the cart the customer will find himself in the order summary where he will find the actual total amount (various specified expenses) and in case he is in possession of any vouchers he will have to enter, before the confirmation, the code in his possession in the appropriate field.
Following the 5 steps (Summary-Login-Address-Shipment-Payment) the customer will be able to confirm the order which will imply the acceptance of these conditions of sale.

4.2: Payment

On toneofsounds.com the customer can choose different forms of payment resulting for each of the following effects:

4.3: Failure of payment

Tone of Sounds reserves the right to refuse the execution of a shipment or to honour an order issued by a consumer who has not paid in whole or in part the amount of a previous order, or with whom there are ongoing disputes relating to the payment.

4.4: Verification of payments
Tone of Sounds checks all confirmed orders on its website. These controls are intended to protect Tone of Sounds from any illegal activities carried out by malicious users. Our services may require you to submit information necessary to unblock an order, including: proof of the domicile or the charge on your behalf, or evidence of the home on behalf of the person specified for the delivery address. Such requests will be made by e-mail in case there are possible anomalies with the completion of the order.

4.5: Cancellation of the order by the seller

Tone of Sounds reserves the right to cancel an order on its own initiative without notice upon refund of the payment received.

• 5. Identification

The customer who has already purchased on the site hifiprestige.it can choose a password that will allow him, when making further orders, not to have to again fill in the information forms necessary to complete the order. The already registered customer is recognized in the site as a customer of toneofsounds.com. The customer's password on toneofsounds.com is strictly confidential and personal. The password must not be disclosed or communicated to third parties for any reason. In case of loss or forgotten password, the customer will be required to proceed as soon as possible with the password recovery procedure that is located in the Login block. In order to facilitate the identification of the customer with the immediate communication of the e-mail address and password, the customer expressly authorizes Tone of Sounds to place a "cookie" file on the customer's hard disk, for the sole purpose of facilitating such identification.

• 6. Shipping

Tone of Sounds after each order confirmed and with payment welded to pack and deliver the goods to the courier (interested in delivery) within 5 working days. Tone of Sounds reserves up to 14 additional days in case of complications and/or missing goods in stock. The shipments are made exclusively by express courier with package insurance to be able to deliver to customers a safe and reliable service with the online package traceability service and money back guarantee in case of loss or theft of the package.

• 7. Satisfied or Refunded

Return conditions for products without promotions or balances:
The period within which the customer can request an exchange or assert his right of withdrawal is 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The return of the goods must only take place following a contact with our team through email at info@hifiprestige.it.

All products must be returned in their original packaging, without damage or wear. Tone of Sounds reserves the right to refuse any return of items that have not been been discussed with our support team or accepted by as to be returned.

If the return conditions are met, Tone of Sounds will refund the total price of the product, without covering the cost of shipping, which will happen at the customer's expense. It is recommended to keep for the time of the procedure the deposit receipt provided by the courier. Tone of Sounds disclaims any liability in the event of loss or degradation during the transport of the package.

Would Tone of Sounds face additional charges, such as custom clearance fees, the sum would be deducted from the total refund. In case there are no errors in the service by Tone of Sounds and/or discrepancies of the products from the description on toneofsounds.com the shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will not be refunded.

• 8. Treatment of packages not delivered by our courier 

These packages have not been delivered to the final recipient for the following reasons: unknown recipient, unclaimed, refused, damage during transport, manipulation...

8.1: Reason for the product returning to us: unknown recipient or address anomaly
These are packages returned to the sender by the courier for the following reason: The recipient does not live at the given address.

Following the receipt and acceptance of the product by our services, Tone of Sounds will contact the customer to send the order again if the product is still available or proceed to the refund, according to the customer's choice. Tone of Sounds reserves the right to proceed with a refund instead of a new order if more shipments are detected returned to the sender with unknown recipient.

8.2: Reason for the product returning to us: "UNAVAILABLE/WARNED"

Means packages that have not been picked up by the customer at the post office or at the delivery point within the prescribed time.

Following the receipt and acceptance of the neck by our services, Tone of Sounds will contact the customer to send the order again if the product is still available or proceed to the refund of the order depending on the customer's choice. Tone of Sounds reserves the right to proceed with the refund of the order instead of the new shipment if there are more than one unclaimed shipment.

8.3: Reason for the product returning to us: "REFUSED"
At the time of delivery, the customer refused the product.
Upon receipt and acceptance of the neck by our services, you will be credited to the customer account with a purchase voucher within 72 hours of the return of your neck. You can request the cancellation of the purchase voucher and its refund by contacting our "Customer Service".

In the event of a return of a neck due to the reasons "UNKNOWN DESTINATOR", "NON-RECLAMATED", or "REFUSED", Tone of Sounds does not guarantee the reservation of the ordered items and may be obliged to proceed to the refund of order if the products or products are not available.

8.4: Shipping costs in the case of points 8.1, 8.2, 8.3

Shipping expenses in the 3 cases listed will be attributed entirely to the customer unless proof is given that he is not directly responsible for the non-delivery of the neck by the courier.
Thus, the shipping costs for the shipment and/or reshipment will be borne by the customer and will not be reimbursed by Tone of Sounds.

• 9. Responsibility

10. Intellectual property
