Privacy policy

Tone of Sounds informs that personal data, provided with registration to the site or in any other way, are subject to processing pursuant to D.Lgs. 196/2003. These data remain at the disposal of the consumer for verification, modification or cancellation (by authentication) and for the exercise of any other right provided for by art. 7, 8, 9 of the Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n.196. The data is entered in a customer database at the time of registration; the customer is assigned an identification code and a password that must be kept for subsequent transactions. With reference to these data, Tone of Sounds reports that:

- The collection and processing of customer data is necessary if he or she wishes to make purchases on the Tone of Sounds website; a customer's refusal to give them would make it impossible to make the purchases.
- Customer data will be processed in written form and/or on electronic, telematic, magnetic and paper media; their processing will take place in relation to contractual requirements, including payment, payment and invoicing transactions, in order to comply with obligations provided for by law or prescribed by the Authorities.
- Customer data may be communicated to Tone of Sounds employees for the normal performance of the service.
- The data of the customer will not be disseminated or communicated to third parties except to the subjects necessary or functional for the performance of the contractual activity: banking institutions for the processing of payments, third parties that provide activities and services necessary for the performance of services that the customer will have considered to be requested or authorized.
- Customer data will remain in the archives of Tone of Sounds until otherwise requested by the customer.
